What is New in NEET 2023?
- Candidates will not need to present their Aadhar card to fill out the NEET 2023 application form. They can do so with any valid ID proof.
- Students will be able to appear for the NEET 2023 exam in any of the two languages they prefer, in addition to the standard English language.
- NEET 2023 scores will also be considered for admission to BSc Nursing courses.
- Students from State Open Schools, NIOS, or private institutions will not be considered eligible to sit for the NEET 2023 exam.
- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will also be a part of the 15% All India Quota scheme.

NEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The foremost thing you need to do as a NEET 2023 aspirant is to ensure that you fulfill the NEET 2023 eligibility criteria. You need to take care of many aspects – academic qualifications, nationality, and age. There are also many relaxations available for certain categories, so you may want to check if you fall under those categories as well. Here is a brief overview of the NEET 2023 age criteria:
- You should be at least 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission.
- The age limit is the same for all categories of NEET 2023 candidates.
- There is no limit on the upper age for appearing in NEET 2023.
NEET 2023 Application Form
The application process will be held through the online mode only. Students can download the application form from the official website of NTA. Candidates can apply for the same by filling in the mandatory fields mentioned in the form. Filing in any invalid detail can lead to the rejection of your candidature. Fill in every detail carefully as no chances will be given to correct or re-edit the same. Candidates are advised to take out the printed copy of the payment receipt of the fee they paid for the application.

Admit Card
The candidates who have applied for NEET 2023, will be able to generate the Admit Card for NEET 2023. The NEET Admit Card will be released online on the official website. Candidates can download the Admit Card from the website by entering their Application Number and Date of Birth. Admit Card is a mandatory document that every candidate must carry at the time of the examination. Any candidates who fail to bring in the Admit Card will be prohibited to take the NEET 2023 examination.
Marking Scheme
- For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded
- For every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted
- If any question is unanswered, neither will be awarded nor will be deducted
