The NTA provides an opportunity to make corrections to your submitted NEET 2026 application form. This is available for a limited period, and only certain fields can be corrected.

NTA will inform all the registered candidates if there is any image discrepancy. Any modifications or corrections to the photograph/signature could be done using the login facility given by NTA or even with the correction window. Candidates will have to follow the steps mentioned below to correct any discrepancies in their photograph or signature uploaded with the NEET form 2026.

  • Click on the 'NEET candidate login' link
  • Enter the NEET application number and password
  • The option to upload the photograph/signature will be displayed on the screen
  • Upload the correct images as per the given specifications
  • Verify once before submitting it
  • After submission, an OTP number will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidates
  • After the given OTP number is entered, the NEET correction slip will be displayed on the screen
