Scheduling the Daily Time Table for NEET 2023 Preparation

While preparing a daily study timetable for the NEET exam, the candidates must schedule a practicable timetable. This implies that it should be prepared by keeping all the necessary elements in your mind as per your daily routine. For instance, if a student has to dedicate about 8 hours to attending school, he cannot schedule anything else in that eight-hour slot. Hence keep all such things in mind while determining the daily study hours. Also, it would help if you considered aspects like proper rest, recreation, and other routine work.

    Key Takeaway:

It requires a healthy mind to derive fruitful results. Make sure to take a rest between study hours and proper sleep to revive your mind & body.

Here are the guiding points to schedule your daily study timetable.

    • Wake up early in the morning, around 4 to 5 am. Our mind is fresh at this time, and it grasps concepts better. At this time, you will study the topics which require utmost concentration, i.e. those topics that you find difficult. Continue studying for 2 to 3 hours, i.e., till 7 to 8 am. You can take a 5-10 minute break after each hour.
    • After this, take a break of one to one & a half hours to do your morning routine stuff.
    • Now, start your study again from 10 am and study until 1 pm. In this time slot, you should study a topic that seems to be time-consuming for you. You can give this slot continuous sitting without taking breaks during this time.
    • After these three hours of study, you can have a long lunch break of around 2 hours. It will include time for your lunch and a little rest after your lunch. You can also use this time for recreation.
    • After this revivifying break, you can again continue your studies from 3-3:30 pm until 6:30-7 pm. In this time slot, you can study plain-sailing topics that do not demand much effort. Or you can take a mock test or solve NEET Previous Year Question Papers to practise with the exam-like scenario.

The candidates should try to solve a minimum of 90 MCQs a day under a set time limit.

    • Next, after these three hours of study, you can have your dinner and get back to studying for two to three hours. In this time frame, you can go through the easiest topics.

You can take a break after each hour. In the last hour, you can do revisions and activities that involve less or no effort, i.e., just reading.

    • Lastly, one of the vital steps in your daily schedule is proper eight-hour sleep. Our brain requires equal time to rest as our body to revive for the next day’s hard work.

Candidates should not get influenced by things that deviate their attention, such as social media browsing, friends, and other unnecessary activities.

    Conclusion

With each passing day, the exam day of NEET is getting closer. The students must not take stress and study with proper planning. Getting the outset is halfway done. If the candidates will have a well-scheduled timetable for them, this is the first stroke to assure success. The rest half lies in your efforts to follow your daily study timetable strictly. Consistent hard work is indispensable. The candidates should draft a practical timetable and sincerely stick to it every day. It will be cheating yourself by getting things pending for the next day. Set & achieve your daily targets. Remind yourself of your dream medical career and work towards it.
