    NEET Application Form 2023: All those students appearing for NEET UG 2023 must take extra care while filling out the application form. The NEET-UG application form 2023 is usually filled in two stages. In the first stage of the NEET application form 2023, candidates must fill all their details without any errors. The candidates can edit their details in the second stage of the NEET application form if required.

    NEET Application Form 2023 – What to keep Beforehand?

    Candidates must keep all the documents handy before filling out the NEET 2023 application form. It will reduce the chaos and confusion at the time of filling out the NEET application form.

    Moreover, there will be fewer chances of making mistakes in the NEET application form. Students should make sure to keep the sizes of the scanned copies of photographs and documents according to the requirements of the NEET application form 2023.

    Aspirants must keep the following documents beforehand for filling NEET application form 2023:

    • Valid Mobile Number
    • Valid Email Address
    • Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Mark sheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details)
    • Correct spelling of father and mother’s name
    • Aadhaar number
    • Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), passport number, ration card number, bank account, or any other valid Govt. identity number
    • Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate, and postcard-size photograph
    • Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, and UPI payment gateway details

    NEET Application Form 2023 – Documents Required

    The following is the list of documents needed to fill out the NEET 2023 application form:

    3. Signature must not be in capital letters.

    Size – 4 Kb to 30 Kb Format – JPG 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI
    Left-hand thumb impression 1. In case of any eventuality of left-hand thumb being unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used

    Size: 10 kb to 200 kb 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI
    Class 10 passing certificate The candidate should scan his/her Class X Passing Certificate for uploading Size – 50 kb to 300 kb 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

     NEET Application Form Requirements: Identity Proof
