The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the NEET UG Result 2026 on
16th July 2026, for the Re-NEET exam conducted on 21st June 2026.
Candidates can download their scorecard from the official website
neet.nta.nic.in using their
Application Number and Date of Birth. Close to 20 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, out of
which 11.21 lakh candidates have qualified for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and allied
medical courses.

NEET UG Toppers List 2026
Aryan Gupta (Punjab) and Panshul Bansal (Haryana) jointly topped NEET UG 2026
with a score of 715 out of 720. According to the official NTA press release, 19 candidates
scored above 700 marks, and 138 candidates scored above 690 marks — of whom over 93% were first-time NEET
appearers and 99% were aged between 17 and 19 years.

State Toppers (select): Jigmet Yangchan Lamo (Ladakh – 530 marks), Dhruv Tripathi
(Andaman & Nicobar Islands – 606 marks), Fahmida Anees (Lakshadweep – 573 marks). The top 17 rankers who
scored above 705 marks came from eight states — Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar,
Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of qualified candidates (over 1.7 lakh),
while Lakshadweep recorded the lowest (43).

- Visit the official NTA NEET portal: neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Scorecard” link on the homepage.
- A login window will open on screen.
- Enter your Application Number, Password/Date of Birth and Security Pin.
- Submit the login form.
- Your NEET UG 2026 Scorecard will appear on screen.
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference.
NEET UG Expected Cut Off 2026
NTA has announced category-wise qualifying cut-off marks along with the result. Based on the official qualifying percentile, here is the expected cut-off range:

NEET Counselling 2026: What’s Next
Qualifying NEET does not guarantee admission — final seat allotment depends on rank, category, choice filling,
seat availability and counselling rounds. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct
counselling for 15% All India Quota seats in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and a Stray Vacancy Round. State
counselling authorities will separately conduct admissions for the 85% State Quota seats. This year’s
counselling comes with an increase in government MBBS seats following approval of new medical colleges.
