The important aspects to consider before attempting the Mock Tests are:

Know Everything About the NEET Exam

Many students directly opt for mock tests a few days before the NEET Exam thinking it to be the right approach for a better score. But, the fact is taking a mock without knowing the exam properly can increase stress levels and nervousness and reduce confidence.

It is best to prepare a checklist of all minute details about the exam – subjects, marking scheme, previous year’s trends, topper’s interviews about the exam, etc.

    Revise the NEET Exam Syllabus

It is a best practice to be fundamentally and conceptually clear about the NEET Exam syllabus before attempting NEET mock tests. Students must complete the NEET syllabus before attempting mock tests to save time and also to ensure that they are actually assessing their performance in the right way.

    Understand the Basic Concepts

Before attempting mock tests, students should have clarity of the important concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. If the concepts are clear, then mock tests make sense and add value to the NEET exam preparation.

    Understand the Exam Pattern

Analysing the NEET exam pattern and the marking scheme will help aspirants understand what type of questions to expect, how much time to dedicate per question, and how to solve every question in the best possible way. Once students have a better idea about this, they can move a step closer to taking the NEET 2022 Mock Test.

Solve Previous Years’ NEET Question Paper

Solving NEET previous year question papers helps students understand the type of questions, marks against each, difficulty level, and other aspects necessary for the exam.

Once students have a fair understanding of the previous year’s NEET question paper, they can take the Mock test with ease as they would already know how to attempt each question.

Now, if you are sure about all the above areas, you can keep 1 to 2 months to start practising NEET 2022 Mock tests. A daily practice of 1 or 2 Mock tests is critical to scoring well in the NEET 2022 Exam.
