Karnataka Examinations Authority will be conducting the Karnataka Common Entrance Test, KCET 2022 from today. The KCET Exam is scheduled for students for the next three days and would end on 18 June 2022. This exam is conducted for candidates looking for admission in engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, and, other technical courses in all the state colleges of Karnataka.
More than 2 lakh students will be appearing for the KCET 2022 exam. As per updates, all the KCET exam centres will be video-graphed and would have CCTV Surveillance to limit misconduct and use of unfair means during the common entrance test.

It is also noted that in case there is any discrepancy found in the English and Kannada copies in the KCET question paper, the English version would be treated as the final copy.
In addition to the strict surveillance, students are also required to follow the instructions stated in the KCET 2022 Admit card.
KCET 2022 Exam Guidelines
- Students are required to carry their KCET 2022 Admit Card with them to their respective exam venues. Anyone without a hall ticket would not be allowed to enter.
- Candidates must reach their exam centres for KCET 2022 at least 30 minutes before time.
- Candidates will not be allowed to wear or carry any type of wristwatch to the examination hall.
- Candidates are also instructed not to carry any electronic devices like tablets, mobile, or calculators to the examination hall.
- Any candidate caught talking to other students would have strict action taken against them.
- Students are advised to follow and obey the COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines in place.
- Candidates are advised to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing inside and outside the exam hall.
