- Do not carry prohibited items to the JEE exam centre. Check JEE Main 2022 Checklist of items prohibited and allowed inside JEE exam hall.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke in the examination hall. You should also avoid engaging in any sort of conversation with anyone during the exam.
- Do not answer questions based on guesswork. Remember, there is 1/4th negative marking in JEE mains for wrong answers. If do not know the right answer, leave that question and move on to the next.
- Do not waste much time on a single question. Time management during JEE Main exam is one of the major success factors for topper students.
