Did you know? when it comes to CBSE board exam preparation, every expert suggests students to thoroughly study from NCERT books. Also, remember that always choose smart work instead of hard work. A lot of times students keep studying for hours and exhaust themselves. It is okay to take breaks in between, as it will motivate you and keep your mind relaxed. Below are some productive tips to help you prepare for CBSE Term 2 Exams:

Remove Any Distractions From Your Study Room:

We all know how difficult it is to focus when there’s TV, mobile, or any noise in the background. This is why we suggest you to eliminate any distractions from your study room as they may hinder your concentration, making you lose focus. Also, request your family and friends to cooperate as sometimes they also distract you unknowingly.

    Read NCERT Books Thoroughly

The best way to understand any topic is by reading it again and again. This is why we suggest you to go through every topic thoroughly as it will enhance your understanding of all the topics and you will be able to memorize them as well.

    Make Notes While Reading

It is always a good idea to prepare handy notes as they will act as a quick revision guide. Make sure to also write down concepts you found difficult so that you can work on them later. Make your notes as briefly as possible, use diagrams, flowcharts, short forms, and easy to understand language. This will help you in easily understanding and revising topics. Also, make sure that you make notes subject and chapter-wise as you will be lost later on.  Did you know? We have an Important Concepts section, which has a detailed explanation of all the important topics. It will surely act as a quick revision guide for you.

    Solve Textbook Questions

Practice makes a man perfect, especially when they’re numerical subjects like Maths and Science. This is why we suggest you solve as many questions as possible. Also, set timers as you will only get 120 minutes to solve the whole question paper. So you need to be quick as you can’t afford to waste time. Check out NCERT Class 10 Solutions.

    Do Not Skip Difficult Topics

This is one of the biggest mistakes students make while preparing for board exams. Skipping difficult topics will only make you lose marks, as they often carry the maximum marks. Also in NCERT chapters a lot of topics are related to each other, so if you skip one topic, you might not be able to understand the other one as well.

We hope that the above points will help you in your CBSE Term 2 exam preparation. If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments section. We will keep you updated on any notifications related to Term 2 exams by CBSE.
