    The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the exam of NEET UG 2019 on Sunday, May 5, 2019. As per the latest analysis, the NEET UG 2019 paper was easy. Biology took time while Physics and Chemistry were of the medium level. For the first time, this exam was organized by the National Testing Agency. As per the overall analysis, NEET 2019 Paper was Easy. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology were all easy but biology was somewhat lengthy. As per discussion with students, this year the paper came in 24 codes, whereas last year it was in 20 codes. But even after all this, the paper was made keeping in mind the level of the exam. Nearly 13 lakh students appeared for the exam across the country whereas about 17,000 students gave the test in 33 centers in Kota. The examination was held from 2 pm to 5 pm.

    With such a high level of competition in NEET rising every year, NEET 2019 Analysis will help aspirants know their chance of clearing the exam. Read below to find out how the faculty at Aakash found the exam in difficulty levels and get a rough idea of the NEET 2019 cutoff score while aspirants anxiously wait for their NEET 2019 results.

    Physics

    The Physics section was stated to be easy amongst all. A total of 16 questions making 36% of the paper were asked by the mechanical topic. In addition to this, 12 questions were from the electrodynamics, 5 questions from Optics and 5 from Modern and Electronics, 4 from the topic “Heat” and 3 questions were asked from the SHM & waves. There were 21 questions that were from the easy level and 21 questions were from the medium level while the remaining 3 questions were tough. There were 23 questions that came from the Class 11th Syllabus and there were 22 questions that were asked from the 12th Class Syllabus.

    Chemistry

    This year the exam was considered to be easy than 2018. The paper comprised of 17 questions in Physical Chemistry, 16 questions in Inorganic Chemistry and 12 questions were asked from the Organic Chemistry. There were 25 questions which were asked from the Class 11th Syllabus and 20 questions were asked from the Syllabus of Class XII. 4 Questions were such which were asked from the chapter Chemical Bonding. In total, 27 questions were easy, 13 questions were moderate and 5 questions were difficult. Chemistry had a total of 45 questions. Out of the 11th Class Syllabus, 7 questions from Organic, 9 questions were from Inorganic and 9 questions were from Physical. While from Class 12th Syllabus, 5 questions were from Organic Chemistry, 7 were asked from Inorganic Chemistry and the remaining 8 questions were from Physical Chemistry.

    Biology

    Experts shared that contrary to the previous year, the questions asked from Zoology section were easier than Botany. However, Botany had most of the questions in the paper. The Biology paper was moreover moderate with most of the questions from Human Psychology, Reproduction, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Ecology. Most of the questions were based on NCERT Syllabus. There were 58 questions from the 12th standard and 35 from the 11th Standard.

    NEET Result 2019

    The NEET 2019 result is expected to be announced by June 5, 2019. Aspirants can download the result in the online mode in the form of a scorecard. In order to download the scorecard, NEET Candidates need to enter their login credentials. Once this is done, the applicant’s name marks obtained, subject-wise marks, percentile scores, All India Rank (AIR), category rank and the NEET cutoff scores.
