    JEE Main 2022 Session 2 Result download link is now available on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) – jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared for the JEE Main 2022 July Session can check their JEE Main 2022 results by using their application number and password.

    The JEE Main 2022 Session 2 for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) was conducted by the National Testing Agency from 25 to 30 July 2022. More than 6.29 lakh candidates appeared for the session 2 examination.

    The JEE Main Session 2 Exam was conducted at 500+ examination centres including 17 cities outside India in Manama, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos/Abuja, Colombo, Jakarta, Vienna, Moscow, Port Louis, and Bangkok.

    The JEE Main 2022 July Session Exam was conducted in 13 languages (Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu).

    Since the JEE Main session 2 results have been declared, the JEE Rankings, merit list, and cut-off scores are expected to be released soon. The top 2,50,000 students who qualify for the JEE Main 2022 exam will be eligible to appear in the JEE Advanced 2022.  

    JEE Main 2022 Toppers List with Marks

    The JEE Main 2022 toppers’ details have been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on their official website. The JEE Main merit list 2022 contains the names of the students in descending order according to the marks obtained in the exam.

    Students who scored the highest marks in the JEE Main 2022 exam have their names on the top of the list while the students who score the lowest marks have their names on the bottom of the list.

    The National Testing Agency has announced the JEE Main 2022 results on the official website of NTA (jeemain.nta.nic.in). Here is the step-by-step guide on how to download your JEE Main 2022 Result.

    • Visit the official NTA website – jeemain.nic.in
    • Click, on the ‘JEE Main 2022 session 1 results” link
    • Enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin
    • Click on the “Submit” button
    • JEE Main Result 2022 will be displayed on the screen
    • Download the result and take a printout for future reference

    JEE Main Normalization Score

    The formula to calculate the JEE Main Percentile 2022 is provided below:

    Total Percentile (100 x No. of candidates from the session with raw score equal to or less than T1 score) / Total No. of candidates appeared in the session
    Mathematics Percentile (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal to or less than than M1 score in Mathematics)/ Total No. of candidates appeared in the session
    Physics Percentile (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal to or less than P1 score in Physics) / Total No. of candidates appeared in the session
    Chemistry Percentile (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal to or less than C1 score in Chemistry) / Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session

    1. Can 2 students have same rank in JEE Mains?
    This year, no two students would share the same rank, thanks to the new tie-breaking criteria. Till last year, NTA would release the NTA scores for the candidates and declare the list of candidates who scored 100 percentile. From this year, however, JEE Main Ranks would be allotted to students.

    3. Can I get NIT with 150 marks in JEE Mains?

    This score is absolutely enough for getting a seat in any NIT but you must compromise with the branch in case of some NITs. If you belong to SC or ST or OBC these marks will easily get you a seat in the top colleges.
    4. How many students have secured a 100 percentile in JEE Main Session 2?
    This year, a total of 24 candidates have secured a 100 NTA Score in JEE Main.

    5. How is JEE Main result calculated?

    100 multiplied by the total number of candidates who appeared in a particular session of JEE Main 2022 exam with the raw score less than or equal to the candidate who scored the highest raw score divided by the Total number of candidates who appeared in that particular session.
