Analysis of JEE Main Paper 1 June 25 (Morning Shift)
Here’s an update on the Analysis of JEE Main Paper of 25 June (morning Shift).
- The overall paper ranged from Easy to Moderate. Students’ have shared that Physics was the easiest.
- Mathematics was of moderate level with slightly lengthy calculations involved.
- Chemistry was observed to be easy to moderate level.
A detailed subject-wise analysis is given below.
Chemistry
Majority of the questions in the Chemistry paper were from NCERT books.
There were 5 numerical-based questions from Physical Chemistry and the remaining from inorganic and inorganic Chemistry. There were questions from Environmental Chemistry, Coordination Compounds, p-Block elements, Equilibrium, Thermodynamics, etc. There was a uniform distribution of questions from all chapters.
Physics
Physics was the easiest paper among all. There were a good number of numericals which were largely formula based. The questions were proportionately asked from chapters such as – Electricity and Magnetism, Mechanics, Units and Dimensions, Optics ,Waves and Sound, and Modern Physics, etc. Solving a good number of mock tests would prove to be a better strategy.
Mathematics
Mathematics paper was moderate yet lengthy due to large calculations involved. A few good questions were interspersed sporadically. There were 7 questions from Calculus, 5 questions from Coordinate Geometry, 3 to 4 from Vectors & 3D and around 5 questions from Algebra.
The difficulty level of the JEE Main June 25 Exam is as follows:
Mathematics > Chemistry >Physics
The key to score high in the JEE Main Exam is to practise a number of mock tests regularly.
