NTA (The National Testing Agency) has recently released the revised dates for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2022) for Session 1. Earlier JEE Main Session 1 was supposed to be held from April 16, 2022 but now it has been rescheduled to April 21, 2022 this year. The update was given by an official notice by NTA, they also stated that they received multiple requests from candidates for changing the dates for JEE Main 2022, Session 1. According to students the JEE Main session dates were clashing with their board examinations.
The demand of changing dates for the engineering entrance exams by students makes sense as the pressure of boards itself is a lot and JEE Main 2022 session 1 examinations could have made the situation worse for them. This is why after looking at the scenario and measuring the pros and cons of everything, the National Testing Agency decided to proceed with the rescheduling of JEE Main 2022 session 1 dates. The details are given below as per the revised schedule:
JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1
Previous JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Dates : 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 April 2022
Revised JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Dates: 21, 24, 25, 29 April and 1, 4 May 2022
Intimation of city: First week of April 2022
Issuing of admit card: Second week of April 2022

JEE Main 2022 Application Process
- Go to official website of JEE at https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
- Click on register for JEE Main 2022
- Fill contact details and generate login credentials
- Login using credentials and fill the application form
- Click on the submit button and pay the examination fee
- Download examination form and take a print out of same
