The CBSE Term 2 Admit Cards for Classes 10 and 12 will be released soon. The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the information that the roll numbers will remain unchanged. Students can download the CBSE Term 2 Admit Cards of their respective classes from the official website soon. The updated admit cards will have all the information in which the roll number will be the same.

Board exam aspirants must check their CBSE Term 2 Admit Cards thoroughly and the details provided in them. If there is any discrepancy in the admit card, consult the authorities immediately. The official website where the students can download their CBSE Term 2 Admit Cards is www.cbse.nic.in or www.cbse.gov.in. If the students are unable to download their admit cards from the website, there is no need to worry about it. The school authorities will provide the CBSE Term 2 Admit Card for classes 10 and 12 in hard copy format with valid stamps and signatures before the exam.

How to download the CBSE Term 2 Admit Card

Students can download their respective CBSE Term 2 Admit Cards by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Go to the official website of CBSE from your browser.

Step 2: Search for the link flashing on your screens showing CBSE Term 2 Admit Card.

Step 3: Insert your credentials correctly, i.e. your roll number and password. If the portal asks for the application number, insert that as well.

Step 4: Download the CBSE Term 2 Admit Card and take a printout of it.

Step 5: Check the details carefully and if any information is incorrect, contact your school authorities or the CBSE officials.

Step 6: After the correction has been made, take a fresh printout of the newly issued to admit card and do not forget to carry it in the examination hall.

What to do next after downloading the CBSE Term 2 Admit Card

After successfully downloading the CBSE Term 2 Admit Card, check the details provided on it, such as your name, father’s name, mother’s name, roll number, subject names, subject codes, date of birth, and most importantly, exam centre. Remember to check the roll numbers especially. The exam centres are expected to change per the new guidelines issued by CBSE. Hence, students are advised to examine their admit cards as soon as they are released.

Students must carry their admit cards to the exam hall for every exam. They are not allowed to carry any electronic device, calculators, tablets, smartphones, jewellery, and empty pieces of paper. They must recheck that their boxes are clean and free of any paper chits and suspicious items as it can lead to serious consequences.

    What to remember

There will be two parts to the board exams. The first will be an MCQ-based type, whereas the second one will be the descriptive type. The CBSE Term 1 exam syllabus is different from what will come in the CBSE Term 2 Exams. Students are required to check the syllabus beforehand not to miss any topic.

Students must know that they need to visit the exam hall on their respective exam dates. The exam date sheet can be checked on the official website of CBSE. Aspirants must ensure the same dates are printed on their admit cards. Board exam aspirants are advised to follow the COVID guidelines. Carry sanitizer and put on masks, and ensure they are not sick for the safety of other students and teachers.
