Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), a provider of test preparation services, has opened its first centre in Puducherry & Vapi. With the legacy of more than 30 years and trust of more than 3 lac students taught in classroom courses so far, today Aakash Institute is a trendsetter in the field of coaching for IIT-JEE & Medical and it has several records in its name. Adding to the pan India presence with a large number of study centres, Aakash has now expanded further by launching another centre in Puducherry and Vapi as well.
Located at GKM Arcade Building, near IG Square, Puducherry and located at I-Square Building in Chala, Vapi, the centre will coach students preparing for Medical & Engineering entrance examinations as well as offer foundation level courses that help them prepare for various types of competitive examinations such as NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads etc.
The Puducherry centre provides seven classrooms and a computer lab with a capacity to accommodate more than 380 students. On the other hand, the centre in Vapi is spread over 6,878 sq. ft. of space, the Centre is equipped with 11 Classrooms and a computer lab, having a capacity to accommodate 650 students. The Vapi Centre is the 10th AESL institute in Gujarat with others located in the cities of Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat. The new centres will serve the aspirations of students aiming to become doctors and IITians.

During the launch of the new centre, Shri J.C Chaudhry said, Students who are aspiring for success in reputed entrance exams like IIT-JEE, NEET-UG, NTSE & Olympiads will surely get an advantage as well as students of class 8, 9, 10 will also be empowered with a stronger foundation through the classroom courses that would be commencing soon.
What is the Admission Criteria?
Students who wish to take admission in Aakash can either take Direct Admission (DA) or register in various scholarship programs and one such unique scholarship exam is ANTHE (Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam). This exam provides you a fantastic opportunity & aims to enable the most deserving students to achieve their goal of becoming top professionals by providing them with affordable coaching and giving them this once in a lifetime opportunity to succeed.
Aakash comes up with various scholarship exams to discover and nurture talent and one such ongoing exam is the Admission cum Scholarship Test (ACST). ACST gives students a chance to win up to 65% Scholarship and other cash scholarship awards.
Aakash would soon be coming up with its scholarship exam i.e. National Eligibility & Scholarship Test (NEST) which is a national level scholarship exam that gives students an opportunity to compete nationally and win Scholarship up to 80% on tuition fee and gain admission into Aakash. Students from Class 8 to 12 (both studying & passed) can participate in the test. Aakash NEST was conducted for the first time in 2019. This exam offers students a platform where they can compete among the intellectual young minds of the country and know their All India Ranking.
