NSE Result 2023-24 – Qualifying Criteria for INO
The Merit Index (MI) in a subject is defined as 80% of the average of the top ten scores in that subject. It is rounded off to the nearest lower integer. All students with a score equal to or greater than the merit index in the NSE result will automatically qualify for the INO Stage II examination.

NSE Result 2023-24 – How to Register for INO?
- Selected students have to register for the Indian National Olympiad (INO) exam conducted by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.
- The link for INO registration 2023-24 will be activated after the declaration of NSE result on the official website- olympiads.hbcse.tifr.res.in.
- Enter roll number, date of birth, and password, in the given blanks
- Click on “Login” to access the form.
- Students should note that INO registration is mandatory for all NSE qualifiers.
- INO 2024 result is expected to be announced in the last week of February 2024.
