The Supreme Court issued an order on Thursday stating that now medical aspirant aged 25 years or above can also apply for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance-Test (NEET) for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The court also mentioned that the admission of the candidates will be subject to the final outcome of the case based on CBSE’s decision to decide the upper age limit.

Now the court has revised the age limit but with the condition that their eligibility for the admission will depend on the final ruling in the case.
