When appearing for the JEE Advanced exam on 4th June, it’s important to be prepared and have all the necessary items with you in the exam hall.

Admit card: It is the most important document and serves as your entry pass to the exam hall. Make sure you have a printout of your JEE Advanced admit card.

Photo ID proof: Carry a valid photo identification proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or driver’s license. Make sure it is original and not expired.

Two passport-sized photographs: Carry two recent passport-sized photographs that match the one uploaded during the application process.

Pencil, eraser, and sharpener: These can be useful for rough work or diagrams. Make sure the pencil is HB or 2B.

Transparent water bottle: Carry a transparent water bottle to stay hydrated during the exam. Make sure it is transparent as some exam centers may have specific rules.

Watch: Wear a simple wristwatch to keep track of time during the exam. Ensure that it does not have any additional features like calculators or data storage.

Snacks: Carry a small, non-messy snack like a chocolate bar or energy bar for a quick energy boost during the breaks. You will have to keep them outside of the exam hall as it will not be allowed by the authorities inside the hall.

Medical essentials: If you have any specific medical requirements, such as medication or prescribed items, carry them with you along with a valid medical certificate, if necessary.
