Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will release the KCET result 2023 anytime soon. As per the latest updates, the KCET result is expected to be released ON June 15, 2023. Once released, all the candidates will be able to download the result from the official website – kea.kar.nic.in. The correction window for the same has been closed on June 12, 2023, at 11 AM.
The KCET Exam 2023 was held on May 20, 2023, and May 21, 2023. The Result for the same was expected to be released on June 12, 2023, but due to the mismatch in RD, results were slightly delayed.
Once the results are declared, students will be able to download the same through their registration number and date of birth. The date and time for the same have not been announced yet.

Tie-Breaking Rule | Criteria |
Marks in Biology/Mathematics | If there is a tie, the marks obtained in Biology or Mathematics are considered. |
Marks in Chemistry/Physics | If the tie persists, the marks obtained in Chemistry or Physics are taken into consideration. |
Marks in Respective Subjects in Qualifying Exam | If the tie is still not broken, the marks in the respective subjects of the qualifying exam are used. |
Age Factor | If the tie still persists, the age factor is considered, and the older candidate is given a higher rank. |

To clear the KCET Exam, candidates belonging to the general category need to score at least 50% to qualify for the exam, while SC/ST category candidates will only have to score 40% to qualify for the exam. Post the results, KEA will announce the college-wise cut-off for 2023 and release the counselling schedule with all the important dates. Based on the KCET marks and Karnataka PUC marks, the KEA prepares the KCET Merit list.
