The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) announced seat allotment results of the fourth round of counselling on July 16. All those candidates who have applied for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other Engineering colleges through JoSAA counselling can check their results on josaa.nic.in.
The selected candidates are required to complete the online reporting process, which includes payment of the counselling fee and documents upload by July 19. Students can submit the request for withdrawal of seats or exit from the seat allocation process from 10 am on July 18 till 5 pm on July 19. JoSAA will announce round 5 seat allotment results on July 21.

JoSAA 2023 Counselling: Eligibility Criteria
To appear in the seat allocation rounds, candidates need to fulfil the given criteria:
- All the candidates who qualify for JEE Main 2023 will be allowed to appear for the seat allocation round
- All the candidates who qualify for JEE Advanced 2023 will also be eligible to appear for JoSAA 2023 counselling.
- The candidates must secure 75% in Class 12 or must be in the top 20 percentile. For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the qualifying percentage is 65%. (For admission into IITs).
