The official said that a total of 10,913 students were enrolled for the exams out of which 5,515 were boys and 5,398 were girls. Girls have proven to outshine boys by recording an overall pass percentage of 99.05%. Students who have appeared for the class 8th examination can now check their JKBOSE 8th Result 2023 on the official website.

This year, overall 96.6 percent of students have been declared passed. As per reports, in Jammu Division had 88, 506 candidates who appeared out of which 86.132 passed, and in Kashmir Division, 87, 041 students appeared and a total 83, 432 qualified.
This year, the JK board has conducted the class 10 & 12 exams in two zones – soft zone and hard zone. The exam results for both these zones will be released in due course of time.
