The National Testing Agency has declared the JEE Main Result 2023 for session 1 at the official website. Candidates will be able to check their JEE Main 2023 result by using their application number and password.
JEE Main 2023 exam is to be conducted in two sessions. The first session has been conducted in January 2023 and the JEE Main 2023 session 2 will be conducted in April. The results for both the sessions will be released separately. For the JEE Main 2023 Session1 results, NTA Scores have been calculated through a normalization process. The online NTA JEE Mains result will contain NTA JEE Main scores, percentile and rank. Based on the JEE results, candidates will get admission in various NITs, GFTIs and other JEE Main participating institutes.
How to check NTA JEE Main Result 2023?
The National Testing Agency has announced the JEE Main 2023 results on the official website of NTA (jeemain.nta.nic.in). Candidates need to follow the following steps in order to check the JEE Main Result.
Step 1: Go to the NTA’s official website i.e. jeemain.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘JEE Main 2023 session 1 results” link
Step 3: Enter application number, date of birth, and security pin
Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button
Step 5: JEE Main Result 2023 for session 1 will be displayed on the screen
Step 6: Download the result and take printout

- Candidate’s application number and roll number
- Name of candidate’s parents
- Candidate’s state of eligibility
- Nationality and category of candidate (reserved or unreserved)
- Specifications on persons with disability
- Total NTA scores in numbers and words
JEE Advanced 2023 Cutoff
JEE Main 2023 cut-off will be released once the results for session 2 exams are out. NTA has decided to release the results separately but the JEE Main 2023 cut-off will be released once the results for both the sessions are released.
What After JEE Main Result?
After the declaration of the JEE Main 2023 results for both the sessions, the top 2,50,000 candidates will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced 2023. The online registration for the same will start on the official website of JEE Advanced.

On the basis of the marks scored in the exam, students will be able to participate in the counselling process. Counselling will be done as per the rank secured by the candidates. The JEE Main 2023 counselling will be organised by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the JEE Main 2023 session 2 exams are conducted in April.
