Banaras Hindu University:
The admission procedure of Banaras Hindu University has recently been changed due to the consideration of CUET Scores. The university has announced that it will follow CUET policy from 2022 onwards for UG admissions.
Delhi University:
The Delhi University has decided to consider CUET scores for all undergraduate courses except law programmes like LLB. However, Delhi University has declared that it will not consider CUET scores for PG courses for 2022 as the admission procedure has already started.
Aligarh Muslim University:
Aligarh Muslim University has extended the last date to fill up the registration form through CUET Scores till 22 May 2022. Mock test papers for the CUET Exam have also been made available for the aspirants since 27 April 2022. The Exam is expected to be held on the 1st week of July.
Jamia Millia Islamia:
Jamia Millia Islamia is a very well reputed university that has recently declared that it will conduct the CUET Entrance Test for eight courses in 2022 and secure admission in the rest of the courses the candidate has to appear for the JMI Entrance Exam.
Jawaharlal Nehru University:
JNU has decided to prepare the final merit list for UG admissions based on CUET Scores. The registration process has been closed after the last week of May 2022. The CUET 2022 Result and CUET Answer key 2022 will be published after the students have appeared for the Exam. However, to get admission to B.Tech, the aspirants will have to qualify JEE Mains 2022 Exam.
University of Allahabad:
To get admission to the University of Allahabad, students must qualify for the CUET 2022 entrance exam. Students are requested to note that along with the CUET scores, final selection will depend on eligibility, position on the merit list, verification of documents and medical fitness test.
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya:
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya offers 28 UG Courses, and the CUET exam pattern is different for all the courses. After understanding the exam pattern, the candidate must select the domain subjects on which the candidate will give the Exam.
Visva- Bharati University:
Visva- Bharati University offers many UG and PG courses to the students who have completed their Class 12. The UG and PG admissions are based on the CUET Scores, verifying original documents that include the class 12 mark sheet and ID proof and rank in the merit list.
North-Eastern Hill University:
This university offers UG, PG, and Diploma Courses to the Indian and International Students who have completed their Class 12. Admission to these courses is based on the CUET Entrance Exam performance.
The University of Hyderabad offers 16 integrated UG Courses, for which CUET Entrance Exam will be necessary. Admission will be given to the candidates based on the CUET Scores from the Current Academic year 2022.
Manipur University:
The Manipur University offers more than 610 courses across 13 streams, including Management, Commerce, Humanities, Law, Engineering, etc. CUET Scores are accepted for all the Streams except Engineering, MBA, MBBS, and Law.
Rajiv Gandhi University:
It has been declared that Rajiv Gandhi University will consider CUET Scores from 2022 onwards to enrol the Students in their UG Courses. The final merit list for admission will be prepared based on CUET Scores and based on eligibility criteria, original documents possessed by the candidate, and a counselling session.
Pondicherry University:
Pondicherry University has decided to accept the CUET scores for providing admission to the candidates into the five years integrated UG courses from 2022 onwards.
Assam University:
Assam University has decided to follow the NTA 2022 and accept the CUET Scores for UG admissions in the current academic year and in the future.
English and Foreign Languages University:
The English and Foreign Language University has recently announced that it will give weightage to the CUET Entrance Examination for UG admissions from the current academic year.
Nagaland University:
The Nagaland University is a well-recognized University that has decided to conduct UG and PG admissions through CUET NTA 2022 Scores. 1. Does the Class 12 marks matter for getting admission to Colleges and Universities?
The National Testing Agency has decided to conduct the CUET Exam to reduce the weightage of Class 12 marks to a certain extent. The Students do not have to worry if they have scored a low percentage in their Board Exam. The Students must pass the Class 12 Board Examination with at least 50% in aggregate to become eligible for applying to the well-reputed Universities. However, if the Students become casual during the class 12 board exams and fail to pass in some subjects, then the Student will not be eligible to sit for the CUET Entrance Examination.
2. At present, how many Universities are included under CUET?
At present more than 44 Universities accept the CUET Entrance Examination Scores for offering admission to various courses except Engineering, Medical and Law. Among all these Universities, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Jamia Millia University are the top.
