The Central Board of Secondary Education has extended the deadline to submit CBSE Private Candidate Form 2024 Class 10, 12. Candidates who have not submitted the forms yet must note that now the last date for CBSE Class 10, 12 Private Candidate Form 2024 submission is October 18, without late fees and with late fees is from October 19, 2023, till October 25, 2023, for both class 10 and 12. Candidates can fill out the CBSE exam form and pay the application fees through the official website, cbse.gov.in. CBSE will conduct the examinations for the private candidates in February/ March/April 2024 along with the board’s main examination.
Who can submit the forms?
- Students who have been declared essential repeat the results
- Students who have been placed in a compartment in the exam
- Students who have been placed in compartment in 1st chance compartment exam, failed/essential repeat students 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022
- Passed out students of 2023 who wish to appear to improve their performance in one or more subjects
- Passed out students of 2022, and 2023 who wish to appear in an additional subject
The registration fee for private candidates is set at Rs 1,500. In case of additional subjects, applicants from India are charged an extra Rs 3000 per subject. On the other hand, applicants from Nepal need to pay Rs 1,000 per additional subject, and applicants from other countries are charged Rs 2,000 per additional subject. All forms and fees will only be accepted in online mode. The fees for all activities will be accepted only through online payment mode i.e. Net banking/Debit/Credit Card.
