CBSE 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a national-level education board set up to aid the public and private schools in India. History of CBSE

In 1921, the first board to be set up was the UP Board of High School and Intermediate Education. Under its jurisdiction, it had Central India, Gwalior and Rajputana. However, in 1929, after the setting up of the joint board, it witnessed a rapid growth at the secondary education level. It also helped in improving the quality of education in the institutions. This resulted in allowing the board to extend its jurisdiction to part-C and part-D territories, with this the board was given the name ‘Central Board of Secondary Education.’ The main purpose of setting up the CBSE board was to offer efficient education to those students whose parents were employed in the central government and had periodic transfers to other places.

CBSE Board Exam 2023 Admit Card

The CBSE term-II class 10 and 12 exam admit card 2023 will be available for students on the official website of the board i.e. cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in. You can download the hall ticket from the official website and get it printed. You will also be able to get the admit card from your respective schools as well. The admit card is important for all the students writing the CBSE class 10 and CBSE class 12 board exams. It is mandatory for all the students to carry the admit card to the exam hall, if not, you will not be allowed to write the exam. When you get your admit card, it is important that you check all the details mentioned in the admit card - your name, roll number, signature, photo, exam centre location, subjects and exam dates.

Class 12 Admit Card 2023

The class 12 CBSE board exam will start on 26 April 2022. All students who will be writing the class 12 board exam are required to carry the admit card to the exam hall without fail. No candidate would be allowed to enter the examination centre without the admit card. The information regarding how to download the admit card will be available on the official CBSE website.

Class 12 results will be announced after the conduct of the exams. All students who pass the Term-I exam will be eligible to write the Term 2 exams.

Adding up both the marks would give you a total of 70 plus your practical marks would sum up to 100.
