With over 16 lakh students appearing for the exam every year, it’s imperative to have a well-planned study strategy in place to increase your chances of success.
To help you with your NEET 2023 preparation, we have created a 30-day study plan that will enable you to cover all the essential topics and revise them thoroughly. But before diving into the plan, here are some tips that you must keep in mind to make the most of your study time.
Create a Study Schedule: Prepare a timetable that includes all the topics you need to cover along with regular breaks. Divide your time equally among all the subjects and make sure to revise regularly.
Focus on the Basics: It’s essential to have a strong foundation in the basics of each subject. Spend more time on fundamental concepts and then move on to advanced topics.
Solve Previous years’ Papers: Solving previous year papers will give you an idea of the exam pattern and help you identify your weak areas.
Stay Healthy: Eat healthily, exercise regularly, and get adequate sleep to stay mentally and physically fit.
Now, let’s dive into the 30-day study plan for NEET 2023:
Day 1-5: Biology
Start with the Biology section, which carries the most weightage in NEET. Cover the basics of cell biology, genetics, and ecology. Revise and practice diagrams, flow charts, and tables. Focus on NCERT books and solve MCQs from other reference books.
Day 6-10: Physics
Cover the basics of Mechanics, Electrostatics, Magnetism, and Optics. Revise formulas and practice numericals from NCERT books and other reference books. Solve previous year papers and sample papers to understand the question pattern.
Day 11-15: Chemistry
Cover the basics of Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry. Practice numericals from Physical Chemistry, focus on reaction mechanisms in Organic Chemistry, and understand the properties of elements in Inorganic Chemistry.
Day 16-20: Biology
Cover the advanced topics in Biology such as Human Physiology, Reproduction, and Evolution. Focus on diagrams and flowcharts and solve MCQs from previous year papers and other reference books.
Day 21-25: Physics
Cover the advanced topics in Physics such as Thermodynamics, Waves, and Modern Physics. Revise formulas and practice numericals from NCERT books and other reference books. Solve previous year papers and sample papers to understand the question pattern.
Day 26-30: Chemistry
Revise all the topics covered in Chemistry and solve MCQs from previous year papers and other reference books. Practice numericals and focus on reaction mechanisms in Organic Chemistry.
