Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu will begin the registrations for Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round 2 from August 21, 2023. All those candidates who were not shortlisted in Round 1 can apply for the same on the official website -tnmedicalselection.net. As per the updates, candidates can register for the NEET UG Counselling from August 21, 2023, till August 22, 2023, up till 5 PM. The registration window will open from 10 AM onwards. The choice filling and choice locking can be done from August 24, 2023, 10 AM to August 28, 2021, till 5 PM.
All those candidates who wish to retain the college taken in the first round of online counselling need not participate in the second round of counselling.

NEET UG Counselling 2023: Round 2 Registration Process
Students should follow the below-mentioned steps to appear for the NEET UG Counselling:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu
Step 2: Click on UG courses and select the registration link
Step 3: Enter the required details in the registration link provided
Step 4: Fill out the choices in the choice filling link after logging in
Step 5: Save the choices and click on the final submission link
Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023: Documents Required
The following documents are required to appear for Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023:
- NEET 2023 result/scorecard
- NEET 2023 Admit card
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 11 mark sheet
- Marksheet of Class 12 or equivalent
- A bonafide certificate stating that the student has passed Class 6 to Class 12 from a school in Tamil Nadu
- Transfer Certificate from the school last studied (or) Bonafide Certificate
- Nativity Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Community Certificate (If applicable)
- Ration Card/ Passport
Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria
All the candidates must meet the following basic eligibility criteria for taking part in the Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2023 process:
- Candidates must have qualified for NEET UG 2023.
- Candidates who qualified for all the final exams from class 6 to class 12 from a school of that state must present some important documents such as a birth certificate, graduation certificate, ration card, etc at the time of the verification round.
- Candidates who have successfully completed their academics from a state other than Tamil Nadu need to present a photocopy of their parents’ certificate.
Tamil Nadu will complete the seat allotment processing from August 29, 2023, till August 30, 2023, and the result for Round 2 will be out on August 31, 2023.
