The National Testing Agency (NTA) concluded the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023, session 2 exams on 15th April 2023. Now, since the exams are over, the students are pondering over the expected JEE Main 2023 cut-off.
As per some education experts, the expected JEE Main qualifying cut-off (as per NTA percentile score) for General category students can be anywhere around 88 to 80, while some experts like Nitin Arora, Assistant Director Academics ENGG., Aakash BYJU’S Live, have analyzed it to be around 90-92.
For EWS category students, the expected cut-off is projected to be between 63-68, and for OBC-NCL category students, it is expected to be in the range of 66-70. The anticipated cut-off for Scheduled Caste (SC) category students is 42-48, while it is predicted to be 25-27 for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates. However, Arora believes that the ST cut-off could be as high as 30-33.
Following the release of the provisional answer keys, candidates will have the option to raise objections. The final answer key will then be released, and based on that, the JEE Main 2023 result will be prepared. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the official notifications from NTA for further information on the cut-off and result declaration.
