The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2024), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is a national-level medical entrance exam for undergraduate admissions to MBBS, dental, AYUSH, and nursing courses in India. The exam is a gateway to the top medical institutes in the country, including AIIMS and JIPMER. The NEET 2024 is a pen and paper-based exam in 13 languages. The NEET 2024 syllabus will be the same as last year’s, covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology based on Classes 11 and 12 syllabi. Students need to keep the following documents ready before filing the NEET 2024 application form:
- Valid mobile Number
- Valid Email Address
- Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details)
- Correct spelling of Father and Mother’s name
- Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)
- Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), passport number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number
- Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph Details are given in the table below
- Credit/Debit card, Net Banking and UPI payment gateway details (for online payment)
