The Medical Counselling Committee conducted the registration for Round 2 from August 17, 2023. Candidates who did not get the allotted seats in Round 1 can register for Round 2 on the official website – mcc.nic.in. Once the registrations begin, students can apply for the same.
As per schedule, the registrations have begun from August 17, 2023, and will go on till August 22, 2023. The verification for the tentative seat matrix by participating institutes will be released on August 18, 2023.
The choice locking will be from August 19, 2023, to August 22, 2023, till 11:55 pm. Once the choices are filled by the students, MCC will process the seat allotment on August 23, 2023 to August 24, 2023. The seat allotment result will be released on August 25, 2023.

Students should follow the steps mentioned below to download NEET PG Counselling:

- Register using a valid email ID and mobile number
- Note down the login credentials
- Login again to fill out the application form
- Enter personal/academic details
- Check the form before the final submission
Who is Eligible for NEET PG 2023 Counselling Round Two?
- Candidates not allotted any seat in NEET PG counselling 2023 round one
- Candidates whose seat allotted in NEET PG admission round one got cancelled in physical document verification
- Candidates willing for up-gradation of seat in second round of NEET PG 2023 counselling
- Candidates who opted for free exit or did not participate in the counselling of NEET PG round one.
Once the seat allotment is released, students have to report to the allotted colleges from August 27 to September 4 and verification will be done from September 5 to 8, 2023.
Candidates must also note that if any candidate has allotted a seat in Round 1 and has opted for upgradation in Round 2, the allotted seats of Round 1 will be shown as virtual vacancies in Round 2. Students are also allowed to upgrade seats from the second round to the third round with fresh payment.
