The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) has announced its upcoming summer internship recruitment process for the year 2023-24. This process will be conducted in multiple cohorts, primarily focusing on the postgraduate programme (PGP) students.
The first cohort is scheduled to commence on October 31, while the second and third cohorts will follow on November 3 and November 6, respectively.
IIM Ahmedabad employs a cluster-based placement approach, wherein companies with similar job profiles are grouped together in cohorts. This grouping facilitates a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
To enhance accessibility for both students and recruiters, IIM Ahmedabad has opted for a hybrid placement model. Companies have the flexibility to either visit the campus for recruitment or conduct the process online, according to their preferences.
Additionally, after the conclusion of Cluster 3, IIM Ahmedabad will continue with a rolling placement process as needed, ensuring a seamless placement experience for both PGP and PGP-FABM batches.
