The University is the first and only Central University in the state of Jharkhand. Was found in 2009 Currently the university has a permanent campus at Cheri-Manatu. Our campus is of 45 acres of land with great amenities such as healthcare facilities, sports, and much more. Central University of Jharkhand is UGC recognised University and is accredited with ‘B’ grade by the NAAC.
The eleven departments of Central University of Jharkhand include 9 schools. The university has adopted the NEP 2020 and provide 20 Integrated UG and PG courses which are Science, Engineering, Humanities, Education sciences and others. Also, it is obligatory to note that Central University of Jharkhand provides 27 post graduate degrees and 22 PhD ones in a various number of fields. CUJ Integrated UG-PG & PG courses admissions are made on the basis of CUET exam which is conducted by NTA. Central University of Jharkhand Admissions
University has offered different combinations of under and post graduate programs, post graduate programs and PhD for the candidates in Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ). It is done on merit in CUET UG and entry score of CUET PG as per applied subject respectively. In addition, candidates seeking admission in the PhD programs have to take Central University Of Jharkhand Research Entrance Test (CUJRET) to get admission into the doctoral faculties.
After registration online, the admission process of Central University of Jharkhand is offline. The short listed candidates name will be displayed on the university website. The shortlisted students have to undergo the physical admission in the College after preparing the list. If any, the payment of admission, must be done online through the registration login portal. The candidates are required to bring all the original documents and three sets of photocopy of the same for off line verification and admission.

Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships are provided to the deserving, merit-essential but poor students at Central University of Jharkhand. This scholarship goes to 5000 needy and deserving undergraduate students. To date, the aptitude test forms the basis of the selection of the scholarship. This scholarship aptitude test is to hold on October 24 to October 28 in 2023 academic session. The results for the same shall be declared in December 2023.
