The CBSE application window for marks verification, which opened on May 17, 2024 has closed on May 21. Requests for verification are being accepted only online, and no offline or late requests will be considered, according to the official notification.
The CBSE released the Class X and XII board exam results on May 13, 2024. Candidates dissatisfied with their marks can apply for verification online at cbse.gov.in.
The entire application and fee payment process will be conducted online. If there is a change in scores, candidates must surrender their existing Class XII marksheets for a new one to be issued. The fee for marks verification is Rs 500 per subject (June 17-21); obtaining a photocopy of evaluated answer books costs Rs 700 per answer book (June 1-2); and revaluation costs Rs 100 per question (June 6-7). Only students who applied for verification can obtain photocopies of their evaluated answer books.

- Visit the CBSE official website at cbse.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the ‘verification process’ option.
- Fill out the application form with the required information.
- Submit the form following the provided instructions and pay the application fee.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
