Highlights of CBSE Board Class 10 and 12 Results 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for Class 10 and 12 on May 13. This year, a commendable 87.98% of students successfully cleared the Class 12 exams. Those who appeared for the exams can access their scores on the official websites — results.cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, or cbseresults.nic.in.
The Class 10 exams were held from February 15 to March 13, while the Class 12 exams spanned from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both exams were conducted in a single shift, from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM every day.
A staggering 39 lakh students, representing 26 different countries, undertook the exams. In the national capital alone, 5.80 lakh students participated across 877 examination centers. Notably, the CBSE has decided to permanently discontinue the practice of announcing merit lists for top-performing students in both Class 10th and 12th exams, aiming to curb “unhealthy competition” among students.
The results can be accessed through various platforms including the UMANG app, Digilocker app, Pariksha Sangam portal, and via SMS facility.
