About JEE Advanced and AESL’s Preparation Programs
JEE Advanced is conducted annually for students who have qualified JEE Mains, organized by one of the IITs each year. While JEE Main facilitates admission to several National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other centrally-funded engineering colleges in India, JEE Advanced is the sole prerequisite for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Students must clear JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced.
In 2024, a total of 180,200 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 of JEE Advanced, with 48,248 candidates qualifying.
