A brave and open mind can win over anything, even ghosts, but one should still avoid boasting, which is what the story reveals. It revolves around a man who was caught in trouble and had to face a ghost because he was boasting too much, though he wins over the game in the end. Everyone believed that Vijay Singh was just unbeatable but boasting was his weakness and because of this habit of boasting, he was caught. He told everyone that he was not afraid of ghosts; rather, he wished to meet one. Hearing this someone told him to visit the Haunted Desert where ghosts roamed. Vijay Singh was ready and walked a long distance to enter the Haunted Desert. There, a ghost named Natwar appeared in front of him and to hide his fear, Vijay insulted the ghost by calling him plain and stupid. Though Vijay was scared, he wanted to win psychologically, and so he expressed his wish to fight the ghost to prove his strength which left the ghost speechless. He told the ghost not to go by his appearance. Seeing this, the ghost decided to defeat Vijay Singh by some other means. He invited him to his house to spend a night with him to which Vijay agreed after some negotiation, and at night, the ghost tried to kill him. Fortunately, Vijay Singh was not on the bed and was therefore safe. In the morning when the ghost found him alive, he got scared of Vijay Singh and ran away from the place leaving behind all his wealth which he had looted from various people.
