Qualifying in JEE (Advanced) 2024, participating in the joint seat allocation process, and filling in choices do not automatically guarantee admission to IITs. The final admission depends on merit and seat availability during various rounds of seat allocation conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2024.
JoSAA, established by the Ministry of Education (formerly the Ministry of Human Resources Development - MHRD), oversees and regulates the joint seat allocation for the academic year 2024-23. This process encompasses admissions to 114 institutes, including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs, and 33 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). The allocation of seats for all academic programs offered by these institutes is managed through a unified platform. Admission is determined through a comprehensive evaluation of merit and available seats across multiple rounds of allocation.
For the last six years, our students have been securing Top ranks in various medical and engineering entrance exams. Started as a single centre with just 12 students, today Aakash Institute is ranked as the No. 1 Coaching Institute among the Top 25 Coaching Institutes in the country. As always, our students performed exceptionally well in the JEE Advanced 2022 exam conducted on 28th August 2022.
