KCET 2023 Exam Registration Date

The Karnataka Examination Authority will release the KCET 2023 application form on their official website - kea.kar.nic.in. Students seeking admission into various Engineering colleges in Karnataka through KCET will be required to fill and submit the application form till the last week of April. Students who do not possess the minimum eligibility conditions will not be considered for admission. 

KCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Students seeking admission in UG engineering courses in Karnataka should fulfil KCET 2023 eligibility criteria in order to be considered for writing the common entrance exam. The eligibility criteria are as follows: 

  • Students who apply for KCET 2023 must be a citizen of India. 
  • Students must have passed their class 12 or 2nd PUC examination. 
  • Students who have appeared for their class 12 or 2nd PUC examination in 2023 and are awaiting results for the same can also apply for KCET 2023. 
  • Students should have Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in their class 12 or 2nd PUC along with Chemistry, Biology or Computer Science as optional subjects along with English as one of the languages of study. 
  • The student must have appeared and passed either SSLC or class 10 or 2nd PUC or class 12 examination from Karnataka State.
