KSEEB: Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board governs the syllabus for class 10 in Karnataka. Students who pass the class 10 final examination are issued the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC). The SSLC examination for the academic year 2021-2022 has already been held from March 28 to April 11, 2022. The results for the SSLC Karnataka examination are expected to be released soon.

SSLC

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) was established in the year 1966. The board conducts the final examination for class 10 students in Karnataka. On passing the examination the board issues the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) to the students.

PUC

The Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka is the board that implements higher secondary education in Karnataka. Students who have successfully completed SSLC (class 10) can enroll themselves in the 1st Pre-University College (PUC) and thereafter in the 2nd PUC. The courses are broadly classified under the categories of Humanities (Arts), Science (PCMB and PCMC) & Commerce.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam Admit Card 

It is mandatory for all the students to carry the admit card to the exam hall. Those students who don’t have an admit card will not be permitted to write the examination. Students can download the admit card from the official website of PUE Karnataka. The admit card will be released on the official website soon. 

Class 10 Admit Card 

The Karnataka SSLC (class 10) examination was already held from March 28 to April 11, 2022. The admit card for the same was made available for all the students in their respective schools. Students were also able to download the admit card from the official website.

Class 12 Admit Card

The Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka will be releasing the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam admit card or the hall ticket soon on their official website. Students can log in to pue.kar.nic.in to download a copy of the admit card. The students can also collect the admit cards from their respective school officials.

What are the minimum marks required to pass the first and second year PUC examination?
A minimum of 30 marks in each subject and an aggregate of 35% of the total marks is required for you to pass the examination. If a student studies every day and prepares him/her well for the examination, it is possible to pass the examination with flying colours. What is the minimum attendance necessary to appear for the SSLC and 2nd PUC examination? 
A minimum of 75% of attendance of the total classes conducted in individual subjects is compulsory and no one has the power to condone the shortage of attendance. Therefore students are encouraged to attend the class on a regular basis and not miss out on any. Attending the class will also help the students to cover the portions taught by the teachers in class. 

When are the results for the Karnataka SSLC examination being declared?
The Karnataka state board has released the results for the class 10 SSLC final examination results on 21st July. The SSLC examination was held from 28 March 2022 to 11 April 2022 in many exam centres in Karnataka. 

What should students who have a shortage of attendance do to appear for subsequent examinations? 
Students who have a shortage of attendance will not be permitted to write exams for the concerned academic year. However, if they wish to write the exam, they should get readmitted to the concerned class in the subsequent year and maintain a 75% of attendance.
