COMEDK UGET 2024: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has unveiled the COMEDK UGET mock seat allotment 2024 on the official website. Eligible candidates can check COMEDK mock round seat allotment at comedk.org. Students can check their COMEDK UGET mock seat allotment results by using their login credentials such user ID and password.  Applicants must note that this is a trial allotment only. The exam authority will release the COMEDK round 1 seat allotment result on July 12. Candidates can change their COMEDK choices till July 11. COMEDK seat allotment round 1 will be released based on the revised choices filled by the candidates.  

Previously, the exam authority concluded the COMEDK counselling registration. Applicants could complete COMEDK choice filling 2024 from July 5 to 7. Applicants who successfully completed the choice filling can check the COMEDK mock allotment now.  

What is COMEDK UGET?

COMEDK UGET exam is a common entrance test held at the national level for admission to around 190 unaided private engineering colleges in Karnataka. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka is the full form of COMEDK that conducts UGET. It is an autonomous body that is entrusted with the responsibility to organize UGET. The undergraduate entrance test (UGET) is a computer-based test for admission to BE/BTech courses.

Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as one optional subject. However, changes, if any, in the eligibility criteria by the AICTE/VTU will be adopted. 
• An attempt in the COMEDK UGET Entrance Test seeking admission to Engineering courses is considered adequate for figuring in the rank list. 
• Diploma candidates are not eligible to take the Entrance Test as there are no lateral entry admissions.
