Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical, shortened as KEAM, is an entrance examination for admissions to various professional degree courses in the state of Kerala, India. It is conducted by the Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Exams, run by the Government of Kerala.

KEAM is held for admission to professional degree courses in Kerala, including engineering, architecture, and medical (excluding MBBS). While KEAM was previously used for MBBS admissions, the NEET now handles MBBS admissions in Kerala.

KEAM 2025 Latest Updates 

The Kerala High Court recently nullified the last-minute changes made to the KEAM 2025 prospectus that favoured state board students in the rank list calculation. As a result, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) released a revised rank list on July 10, giving equal weightage to entrance exam scores and Class 12 marks (1:1 ratio).

Following this, the Phase 1 seat allotment was released on July 22. Candidates who received allotment had to pay the admission fee and confirm their seats by July 25, or they would lose their allotment.

To qualify for KEAM 2025, general category candidates must score at least 10 marks in each section and a total of 240 out of 600 (50%). SC/ST candidates are exempt from the 10-mark rule, but must attempt at least one question per section. They have total qualifying marks of 192 (40%).
