KEAM 2025 Application Process

Before taking the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance exam, candidates must fill out a long application. At first glance, the process may seem long, but if you take it one step at a time, it’s quite simple.

Let’s understand the application process step-by-step.

Step 1: Registration

The first step is for candidates to register on the official website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in. You need to put basic information like:

  • Full name (as it appears on your SSLC certificate)
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Secure password.

After you send in your application, the system gives you an application number. You will need this number and the password you chose to log in from now on.

Step 2: Candidate Login

After you sign up, you can use your application number, password, and security code to log in. With this login information, you can add more information, share files, and see where your application stands. What if you forget? Do not worry, it is easy to get back in by answering the security question you gave us earlier.

Step 3: Filling the Application Form

This step forms the core of the process. You need to:

  • Put in a recent picture that fits in a passport that is the right size and format.
  • Pick the KEAM lessons you want to take and the test centres where you want to take them. It takes place in many places in Kerala, New Delhi, and Dubai.
  • Give information about yourself and your school, such as your citizenship, where you were born, your parents' names, your faith, how to reach you, and your level of education.
  • Give details about the qualifying exam, like the subjects you learned in high school that are related to the course you want to take (for example, physics and math for engineering).
  • Take the time to fill out the reservation and salary forms if you need to. If you want special or communal reservations, you must also share the right paperwork, such as proof of income, proof of community, or proof of an inter-caste marriage.

At this point, getting it right is very important. Errors or missing information could make you ineligible or cause you to be turned down later.

You must carefully check the form after filling out all the fields. You can't make any more changes after you click "Final Submission." The system will highlight any required fields that are not filled out before submission so that they can be fixed.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee

The application fee can be paid in two ways:

  1. Security Card – available at select post offices, with separate cards for General/SEBC (₹700) and SC/ST candidates (₹350). Candidates opting for the Dubai centre must pay an additional ₹10,000.
  2. Demand Draft – drawn in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

You need to enter this info beforehand.

Step 5: Print Application

After successful submission and payment, you can download and print your application. The printed form must:

  • Include the same photo that was uploaded earlier, attached, and signed by a gazetted officer or the head of the last institution visited.
  • Be signed by the individual and a parent or guardian.
  • Depending on the claims made, include proofs such as a birth certificate, a course certificate, or proof of a ticket.

Step 6: Sending the Application

After this, send the application to this address:

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations
V Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar,
Thiruvananthapuram – 695001, Kerala.

It should reach the office before the last date notified. Candidates can check their application status by logging into their profile, where each stage (registration, submission, payment, receipt by CEE) is marked for confirmation.

Note: The information can change. Check the official website.
