Mr. Chandra Sekhar Garisa Reddy (Sekhar Garisa) is appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) at Aakash Educational Services Limited with effect from 19th August 2025. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of Claypond Capital, Family Investment Office of Dr. Ranjan Pai. He has been part of the Company as a Member of the Board of Directors with effect from 28th February 2025 and has been working with the leadership team.

Sekhar Garisa brings more than two decades of extensive experience in Investing, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Leadership across various sectors, including FMCG, Consumer Internet, High-Tech, and Consulting. Prior to Claypond Capital, he held the position of President – Emerging Business & Chief Strategy Officer at Quess and MD & CEO of foundit for APAC & ME contributing significantly to business Turn-around, group strategy, corporate initiatives, governance, and investor relations.

Before joining Quess, he was the India Head for Partner Business Development at Microsoft, overseeing go-to-market strategies for their vast partner network. His career began at P&G, focusing on expanding distribution reach, followed by a tenure at McKinsey, where he advised leading corporations on strategy and execution. He also co-founded Sports365, India's first sports specialty business, which quickly became a category leader. He holds an engineering degree from NIT Warangal and a management degree from IIM Lucknow.

Alka Garg is the Chief Financial Officer at Aakash effective February 2026. She has 22+ years’ strategic and operational experience across listed enterprises and high-growth startups, partnering with Founders, CEOs and executive teams to drive enterprise value creation, scale profitably, and deliver sustainable growth. Her experience spans manufacturing and services, across B2C and B2B / enterprise, with exposure to multi-geography operations.

She is a Qualified CA. Before joining Aakash, she worked as CFO of Yum Restaurant India, and has also worked in senior leadership positions across multiple industries including Siemens, GreyOrange and Bharti Airtel.

Mr Sachin Saxena, is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL). With 20+ years of experience in various facets of Human Resources, Training, Administration & CSR with Education, Healthcare & Hospitality industry, Mr Sachin holds a Senior Management from IIM Calcutta, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad and Fellowship in Organisational HRM from Carlton Advanced Management Institute.

Prior to joining the company, he was associated with Avis India as Chief Human Resources Officer, VLCC and NIIT.

Mr Pradeep Kumar Singh, is the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), at Aakash Educational Services Limited. Mr Pradeep has 20+ years of work experience of technology leadership and product development in fields of computer networks, operating systems, desktop products and web services. Prior to joining the company, he was Executive Vice President, Technology at InfoEdge(Naukri.com). He has also worked at Amazon, Adobe Systems and Novell.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow; and Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Mr Veerendra Kumar Achanta is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL). With an extensive experience of over 20 years in Corporate Laws, Contract Management etc., he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Osmania University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Accounting and Finance) from the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra University. He is a fellow of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Prior to joining Aakash, he has been the Company Secretary at Lanco Infratech Limited and Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited.
