Shailesh Vishnubhai Haribhakti
Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is a renowned Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner, and Fraud Examiner, with over five decades of experience. Mr Haribhakti is the Chairman of Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates Chartered Accountants, and the Vice Chairman of GOvEVA Consulting Pvt Ltd. He has been conferred with the Global Competent Boards Designation (GCB.D) by Competent Boards Inc, Canada. Presented with the honorary PhD title of “Doctor of Letters” by ITM University. He has been awarded the ’Vivekananda Sustainability Award – 2022’ by Vivekananda Youth Connect Foundation.
Mr. Haribhakti is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bluestar Limited, Cynergis Infotech India Pvt Ltd, Protean e-Gov Technologies Ltd, and Chairman of IBS Fintech India Pvt Ltd, Planet People & Profit Consulting Pvt Ltd, and YCWI Green Solutions Pvt Ltd.
He is also a Board Member of several leading companies including Adani Total Gas Ltd, Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd (Times Group), Brookprop Management Services Pvt Ltd (a Brookfield REIT), Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd, Gaja Trustee Company Pvt Ltd (Gaja Capital Group), L&T Finance Holdings Ltd, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, amongst others.
He has been associated with many management institutions as well as industry and professional forums.

Nikhil Manohar Naik
Mr. Nikhil Naik holds a M.Sc in Shipping, Trade and Finance (Distinction) from Bayes Business School, London. During his work experience of 44 years he has served in Leadership roles in Port Management, Shipping, Private Equity and Logistic businesses. His competency areas include Leadership-Strategic Management of people, businesses and Markets, analysis of financials, nurturing, advising management of businesses, building lasting customer relationships and networking with External Agencies and Government. He has served on the Boards of listed companies in India and the UK and presently serves on the Boards of various Indian listed and private companies.

Ambika Sharma is a global business strategist with over three-decade career in public affairs and international relations in India’s apex industry body as well as in a bilateral international organization. A business economist by education, Ambika has dedicated her professional career towards building extensive international economic networks for business & industry, driving economic growth, job creation, innovation, inclusion, and entrepreneurship. With 37 years of diverse experience, Ambika was the first lady Director General - International at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). She went on to lead the U.S. Chamber’s U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) as Managing Director, India. She joined USIBC in 2018, making it one of the most sought-after names as a policy advocacy organization in U.S.-India business relations. She has now moved into a strategic role as Advisor to USISPF. Over the years, Ambika has nurtured wide-ranging and robust relationships with the Government of India at the highest level, building a wide range of global network with businesses, including the diplomatic community, bureaucracy, reputed Chambers of Commerce and think tanks. She has led policy advocacy across sectors like healthcare, defense, digital economy, financial services, agri/food, supply chain management, to name a few. As the Director General of India’s national industry association FICCI, Ambika was the principal architect of Indian industry’s international outreach and partnership with industry associations and employers’ federations worldwide. Her contribution towards Indian industry’s endeavour in building an equitable business partnership in competitive international environments is acknowledged far and wide. Under her leadership, FICCI participated extensively in government initiatives to strengthen India’s business and investment presence abroad. She led FICCI’s global strategy for a wide base of membership comprising India’s established large business houses, conglomerates and newer technology-based entrants. She is also credited for building domain awareness for members equipping them to deal with international markets, new connections and knowledge expertise in global markets. Ambika also designed and organized business interactions with visiting Heads of State to India and abroad. Ambika has committed herself to supporting organizations in their quest for sustainable growth and inclusive economic development. She is passionate about mentoring future leaders and building a pragmatic knowledge base on international relations. A holder of Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Business Economics from India’s prestigious Delhi University, Ambika graduated summa cum laude with a gold medal. She is also a certified MCA approved Independent Director. She has participated in several executive programmes including those conducted by EU and XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has worked extensively with the FICCI Women on Corporate Boards (WCB) initiative as well. She has received several awards towards her contribution in the field of economic diplomacy. Ambika is currently serving as Independent Women Director on the Boards of three eminent Indian food companies. Earlier she also served as Member, Executive Council of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to represent industry and support BIS in the activities of standardization, marking and quality certification of goods and related matters. She is passionate in her aspiration to contribute to India’s growth story, both in domestic and international markets.

Ajay is a leader in Strategy, Public Policy & Public Affairs, Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement, with a demonstrated history of working across sectors, including social economy. A lawyer by education, he is an experienced Ombudsperson, Advisor, Board member & Professor of Practice with a career span of over 40 years. With strong global connects, he focuses on ethical and value-based leadership and is a regular contributor on topical subjects in major newspapers.
He co-founded Affairs Forum of India (PAFI) in 2008. PAFI aims at aligning business, society and government on long term priorities; fostering trust across all stake holders; collaboratively developing smart and relevant policies, proposals and processes that foster innovation and rely on evidence-based research and promotes capacity building to navigate change within the context and complexity of India. He chairs its flagship annual forum since its inception in 2014.
He is Strategic Advisor & Global Ombudsperson of Jubilant Bhartia Group since 2009. As an Ombudsperson, he is an impartial, confidential and independent resource to help stakeholders resolve workplace or business-related issues and build a corporate culture based on values, ethics and compliance.

He is a regular participant at its annual meeting in Davos for over 35 years & leads the social entrepreneur of the year award initiative of the Schwab foundation & Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in India since its inception in 2009. He is currently member of the WEF - Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship.
He is also a Global Advisor to the Catalyst 2030 - a global movement & a network of leading social entrepreneurs & innovators, academics and funders who believe in collective action & bold, new strategies to achieve the Sustainable development goals (SDGs) by 2030. He has been member of several high-level Government delegations, committees and task forces.
Ajay is a Professor of Practice & Advisor- Careers with Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP). Founded on the commitment to world-class faculty, extensive industry linkages and innovative approach towards design and management of policy, ISPP aims to transform the art of policymaking. He is also an Adjunct Professor at The Takshashila Institution, Bengaluru. He is Senior Advisor with The Convergence Foundation, dedicated to building foundations in strategic areas of development in India. He is also a member of Advisory Board of SaveLife Foundation & Pahle India foundation.
He was founding Chief Executive Officer (2002-2006) of India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF), a joint initiative of Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and CII, a unique public private Partnership initiative to Promote, Project & Position India’s growth story globally. IBEF, under his leadership, led “India Everywhere” campaign at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2006, amongst several other high profile global initiatives. He was Partner with Accenture India (2008-2009) & before that, he spent twenty seven years with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as deputy director general & held several national & global positions from 1981 to 2008.
Ajay has a Degree in Law from University of Delhi and is an alumni of the Shriram College of Commerce. He lives in Delhi NCR, India & is married to Renu, a lawyer, and a social worker. Their children - Dr Surbhi and Dr Ankur are both medical practitioners in USA.
