PGIMER  Exam Pattern

In order to clear the PGIMER Entrance Exam, the candidate needs to understand the mode of the exam, the marking scheme, the duration and all the other necessary information. Here you will find all the necessary information regarding the application at PGIMER in 2025.

PGIMER Exam Mode

PGIMER is a Computer-Based Test. The candidates will be allotted a computer system at the assigned exam centre. Each candidate will be provided with a login ID and password to log in to the test. All answers will be saved automatically on the system during the test.

PGIMER Exam Duration

The exam duration is 90 minutes. Candidates are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the exam centre.

PGIMER Marking Scheme and Distribution 

The question paper carries a total of 100 marks. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer. A deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each incorrect answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unanswered questions.
