Scholarship Criteria for Engineering Courses at Aakash

(A student can avail any ONE of the scholarships in Category - A, whichever is higher)

1.^#Based on iACST Score: A Student can avail a scholarship up to 90% based on his / her score in the iACST.

2.Based on Class VIII/IX School Exam Performance where Marks / Grade system is applicable (Merit Scholarship)*

• *The Scholarship Criteria will be based on the last/qualifying school/board exam.
• ^The Scholarship mentioned is applicable to long term classroom courses of Aakash only.
• **All Scholarships applicable on Tuition Fee & Classrooom Service Fee only.
• ^#iACST Scholarship is valid only for 30 days after the date of writing the test.

*One who qualifies Stage-I and writes Stage-II. | **One who receives State scholarship in IX or X (At the sole discretion of the Management of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) | ***One who qualifies INO and is eligible for Orientation-cum-Selection Camp (OCSC).

Students can get upto 100% Scholarship based on their rank in JEE (Main) after producing valid proof of the rank. (Only for Class XII Passed Students) For more details, students can contact their nearest Aakash Branch.

Note: Maximum scholarship eligibility on Tuition Fee would be 100%.

Meaning of Scholarship: Means Fee Concession; Fee Discount
If at any point, the government decides to charge GST or any other Tax on the scholarship/concession/discount amount/awards & prizes then it shall be borne by students/parents/guardians.

Note:

1. Students must apply for concession at the time of admission. It will not be granted/given or adjusted at later stage.
2. Students must have paid full course fee in the previously enrolled course to avail concession.
3. Students must submit all the valid proofs to avail concession.

(A student can avail any ONE of the scholarships in Category - C, whichever is higher)

Note: Proper proof in the above criteria will have to be submitted.

1. One student shall be given one Award& Prize only.
2. The student must be of Classroom / Distance Course of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) or its successors. In Foundation, it is applicable for the student who qualifies NTSE (Stage-II) and attends at least 75% classes during the course.
3. If any other Institute claims him/her as astudent of their Institute, he/she will notbeeligible for the Award & Prize.
4. Awards & Prizes are inclusive of GST, if applicable. The TDS may be deducted as per Law.
5. The Awards & Prizes are applicable only to All India Ranks of Common Merit List (Open Category) and not applicable to the rank obtained under any other Category such as SC, ST, OBC, PH, Defence, etc.
6. The awards and prizes will be paid in Indian Rupees only (By Cheque/NEFT). The prize money will be given in the name of the student only.

In all cases, the decision of the Management of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) shall be final.
