JEE Main 2022 27 June Shift 2 Mathematics Exam Analysis

The Shift 2 paper of JEE Main 2022 for Day 5 was concluded by the National Testing Agency on 27 June. 

According to students, the JEE Main 2022 27 June shift 2 Mathematics paper was considered to be of easy to moderate level. However, the Maths paper was considered to be lengthy. Chemistry was considered to be the easiest of all sections.  Students can now check the detailed and section-wise Maths paper analysis for the 27 June exam.

Students felt that the mathematics paper was a bit tricky and was time taking due to the lengthy calculations. A few good multi-conceptual questions were interspersed now and then. Almost all the topics were covered. Almost 7-8 questions were asked from Calculus, 5 Questions were from Coordinate Geometry, 2-3 questions were from Vectors & 3D and another 7-8 questions were from Algebra.  

Overall, it was a balanced paper and students were able to complete it within the stipulated time. It was an easy paper for all those students who attempted several mock tests and regularly practice the previous year's sample papers.

Question: Which section of JEE Mains 27 June shift 2 was the easiest?
Answer: The National Testing Agency concluded the JEE Main shift 2 exams. It was a paper of Easy to Moderate level. The paper was by and large based on NCERT books. However, Chemistry was the easiest of all sections. 

Question: I am diabetic, am I allowed to carry some food items inside the JEE Main 27 June shift 2 Examination Hall?
Answer: Diabetic students are allowed to carry eatables including sugar tablets, fruits, and transparent water bottle to the examination hall. However, students are not allowed to carry packed food items such as sandwiches and chocolates.

Question: Do Candidates require to fill out a separate application form for each JEE Main 2022 session?
Answer: At the time of opening the portal for a particular session, candidates can fill out the application form and pay the required examination fee. The candidates cannot apply for both sessions at the same time.

Question: If a candidate has opted for English medium to appear for the exam and wants to appear in Hindi medium for JEE Main 2022, what action needs to be taken?
Answer: The medium of the exam needs to be selected while applying for the examination online. Students can also select their exam medium in computer-based test mode as well. 

Question: Is it possible for a candidate who did not apply for session 1 of JEE Main 2022 to apply for session 2?
Answer: If a candidate fails to complete the application form for session 1, he/she can fill out the application form for session 2.
