TS EAPCET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

  • Be an Indian National (or certain other status).
  • Passed or had to appear at Class 12 / Intermediate or its equivalent (with compulsory optional subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology), suitable to his or her stream.
  • Eligibility as local/non-local as governed by the government.
  • Most courses have no age restriction.
  • In the case of engineering: He should have reached the age of 16 years before the 31st of December of the exam year.

TS EAMCET Application Process: Detailed Steps-Wise Procedure

The TS EAMCET application process involves step-by-step procedures to register, fill details, upload documents, and pay fees online.

Step 1: Registration Fee Payment

  • Visit the TS EAMCET official site: [eapcet.tsche.ac.in].
  • Now go to the button named Pay Registration Fee or similar.
  • Details to be filled: Name, DOB, mobile number, qualifying exam hall ticket number, stream, caste, etc.
  • Select payment method:Debit/ Credit Card, Net Banking, or TS/AP Online Centers.
  • Online Centers: In case of choosing this kind of center, keep the receipt/reference ID.
  • Complete payment.
  • Once payment is made: A “Payment Reference ID” is displayed. Save or print it out to do the next steps.

Step 2: Filling the Online Application Form

  • Click on “Fill Online Application.”
  • Login with Payment Reference ID, Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth, mobile number.
  • Fill in all personal information: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Parents information, address of communication, Aadhaar, category/caste, local area, parental income, and so on.
  • Fill in education information: Qualifying exam, year, board, hall ticket number, college type, medium of instruction and so on.
  • Select exam centers (select preferred on the list).
  • Scan the photograph and signature and upload according to guidelines.
  • Make sure that the data is correct; inspect and be sure.
  • Read and agree to sign the declaration and send in the form.
  • See the Application No./Registration No. shown.

Step 3: Printing the Application Form

  • After final submission, print the filled-in application form for your records.
  • Alternatively, you can log in later (using your registration number, payment ref ID, hall ticket, mobile, and DoB) to reprint if needed.
  • The printout may be needed for future references, corrections, or counseling.

6. Application Form Correction Process

  • The correction window opens (April 6–8, 2025).
  • Only certain details can be edited: personal info, educational qualifications, communication, photo/signature, category, etc.
  • Details like Name, Parent’s Name, Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth, Test Zone, and Stream cannot be edited online and require contacting officials by written request/email.
  • Access the correction window via the same TS EAMCET portal. Log in using your registration credentials, edit the form, check for errors, and finally re-submit.

7. Application Status & Fee Payment Tracking

  • The portal provides the option to “Check Payment Status”.
  • Use your payment reference ID, mobile number, and hall ticket number to verify successful payment.
  • Correct any payment issues immediately to avoid rejection.
