1800-102-2727NEET SS, or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Speciality, is a national-level exam in India for doctors who want to study further in super speciality fields like Cardiology, Neurology, Surgery, and more. It is held by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
The exam is done online on a computer, in English only, and lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes. It has 150 multiple-choice questions, and students get marks for right answers and lose marks for wrong ones.
Doctors choose the exam based on their earlier specialisation (like Medicine, Paediatrics, etc.), and questions are asked from related topics. This exam is the only way to get admission into DM, MCh, or DrNB courses in India.
