TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INVICTUS ADMISSION TEST (IAT)

You understand and agree that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process your personal information at the time of the registration process for the Invictus Admission Test (IAT). You also agree that such personal information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Privacy Policy accessible at www.aakash.ac.in/privacypolicy , which is subject to change from time to time at AESL's discretion.

A. Eligibility Criteria

It is hereby understood and declared by You that at the time of submission of the registration form, Your age is 12 years or above and You are pursuing class VII or above from any recognised or affiliated school to be eligible for submitting the registration form and appearing for IAT. You have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions for IAT as mentioned herein before submitting the registration form for IAT.

B. IAT Registration Procedure

1. Students/ parents/ guardian ("You”, “Your") can either register at the nearest Invictus branch/centre of Aakash Educational Services Limited (“AESL” or “Company”), collect and submit the registration form for IAT along with a self-attested photocopy of class VII / VIII / IX /X / XI & XII mark-sheet (as applicable), one passport size colour photograph at the nearest Invictus branch / centre or You may also submit the registration forms at https://invictus.aakash.ac.in/invictus along with above mentioned requisite documents.
2. IAT will be conducted in Offline mode at the nearest Company designated branch/centre and Online mode by Visiting https://invictus.aakash.ac.in/invictus which shall be communicated by the Company from time to time. You are eligible to give 2 attempts for the IAT in an academic year.
3. If the student/parents/guardian provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete, or AESL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete, AESL reserves the right to disqualify/reject the registration form and disqualify student from appearing in the IAT.

C. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria and Revocation of Scholarship

1. AESL offers up to 90% scholarship only on the Invictus- JEE and Invictus- Foundation courses offered by the Company to classes VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and XII pass-outs.
2. Wherein You have been granted a scholarship through IAT, You must ensure that during the Invictus classroom program, You must meet the following requirements.

D. Dispute Resolution

1. In case of any dispute or difference arises between student(s)/parent(s) and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions or non-payment of any claim, the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by mutual consent of the parties.
2. You hereby agree that the Company may use your name, photographs, and videos for publicity in all kinds of media.
3. The student/ parent/ guardian hereby undertakes that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Company as mentioned on https://www.aakash.ac.in/termsconditions.

I ______________________________________________ agree with all the points mentioned above in the term & conditions. I and My ward will abide by these terms & conditions.

The student/ parent/ guardian hereby agree that the Company may use name, photographs, videos of me and/or my child for publicity in all kinds of media.
